One of the main flaws of a manifesto is that it sets too clearly it’s intent in the hope that it will make an end goal easier to achieve. However I believe by doing this the author has already fallen at the first hurdle. I believe although it is important to communicate intent, it should not be instructed, nor commanded but instead it should put forward an encouraging argument to motivate its audience. The purpose of a manifesto therefore I believe is to inspire something as a consequence of it’s self.
